In the now-deleted clip, 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, said, “Look at him. What kind of s**t do you think he took before he got to work today? He high as a motherf**ker right here in the airport. Pupils dilated – the new generation is f**king crazy.” The young man’s stepfather quickly pointed out the teen was autistic and suffered a hearing impairment, prompting Jackson to apologize. “It was certainly not my intent to insult him or the disability community (sic), which is a source of great strength in America,” he wrote. “I have apologized personally to him and his family. Making the generous donation, the 40-year-old said, “I am calling on my fellow musicians, actors, entertainers and all others who may not have fully considered this cause to join together to help in any way they can.” The news of his big money check emerges as Jackson continues to work out his bankruptcy troubles, after declaring himself broke in a Connecticut court last summer.
