April Fools’ Pranks to Pull on Your Office
Lifestyle| | By Lauren Boudreau
April Fools’ Day is one of those holidays you either really look forward to or absolutely dread. However you feel about this fun holiday, though, you know you might be in for an exciting day at work.
Maybe you have somebody in the office who loves pranks, or maybe you’re the prankster yourself, whatever the case, you can get in the spirit with these great office prank ideas.
Just be sure your office is the type of place where people like to laugh at themselves or you. Be safe and have fun!
Toilet Roll Poo
This one is simple and great for beginner pranksters. Just get a soggy toilet paper roll, crumple it up, and place it somewhere that’s sure to get a shriek or two. Better yet, place it in the middle of the office floor and have everyone debating how something like this could have managed to get there.
The amount of detail this person went into converting all the office supplies into cardboard is what makes this hilarious. You may need to enlist some help removing everything on the desk, but other than that, this is a prank anyone could do.
This one is great if you have those rotating chairs that sink a little when you sit on them. Your co-worker (and everyone else) will jump out of their skin when they take a seat in the morning.
This one is so good, but you have to be sitting next to whoever you want to prank. What you do is unplug your keyboard from your computer tower and into your neighbor’s. When you hear your co-worker start to type, that’s when you type too, leaving you’re co-worker wondering why “I am a poop head” came out when they were just typing their name.
Everyone in your office will love you when you bring in delicious doughnuts. However, these aren’t just any doughnuts, they’re filled with mayonnaise instead of cream! The only precaution to take with this prank is to see if anyone has any allergies, and to beware of what your whole office might do to you next year.
Make an Office Disappear
This is not for the faint of heart or without the approval of your boss. It is, however, sure fun to watch when the guy shows up wondering where his office went.
