HBO is hoping to score Emmy Awards for Beyonce’s hit TV special, Lemonade.

The multiple Grammy winner unveiled her mysterious project on Saturday, when fans were treated to an one-hour program featuring a series of music videos, soundtracked by brand new material.

Although she has since released both the album and film on iTunes and Jay Z’s Tidal platform, the HBO special is eligible for consideration at the Emmys.

According to Variety, executives at the premium network plan to submit Lemonade in the variety special category, and although bosses are still working out the details, Beyonce could possibly be nominated as a director, along with her fellow collaborators Kahlil Joseph, Jonas Akerlund and Mark Romanek, among others.

Beyonce has been nominated for two Emmys in the past – her Super Bowl XLVII Halftime Show starring Beyonce in 2013 (Outstanding Special Class – Short-format Live-Action Entertainment) and last year for another HBO special, On the Run Tour: Beyonce and Jay Z (Outstanding Special Class Program).
