Hugh Hefner has been deposed as part of a lawsuit accusing Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting an underage female at the Playboy Mansion in 1974.

Judy Huth is one of more than 50 women who have come forward with decades-old accusations of inappropriate behavior, drugging and/or rape against Cosby since late 2014. The statute of limitations has expired in almost all of the cases, preventing the alleged victims from pursuing criminal charges, but Huth claims she was just 15 when the comic reportedly touched her and then forced himself upon her at a Playboy Mansion party in California in 1974.

She filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Cosby in December, 2014, but the 78-year-old requested to have the case dismissed, arguing it, too, was past the statute of limitations.

A judge rejected his motion for a second time last month, and on Wednesday, Huth’s lawyer, Gloria Allred, headed to the Playboy Mansion to question Hefner under oath, reports TMZ.

The 90-year-old, who is reportedly ill, had his deposition videotaped as he was quizzed about what he knew of Cosby’s alleged actions during the decades-old incident.

Cosby has denied all accusations, but Hefner has never commented on his old pal’s growing legal troubles.

Hefner is also facing questioning in another Cosby lawsuit, relating to a separate reported encounter with Chloe Goins, a former model who claims she was underage when she was allegedly drugged and assaulted by the funnyman at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

She filed an amended lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, naming both men as defendants. Hefner is accused of assisting his longtime friend in the alleged assault by telling her to lie down after the actor gave her a spiked drink.
