Zac Efron and Anna Kendrick lead the actors set to appear in NBC’s Red Nose Day fundraising telethon on May 26.

The charity TV special, which has been a staple in the U.K. since the 1980’s, launched in America last year and is set to return for its second year with the likes of Efron, Kendrick, and their Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates co-star Adam DeVine.

Kendrick and DeVine star in a promo for the special in which they are playing with the trademark plastic red noses and listing what viewers can expect from the show.

“Red nose day, well there’s red noses, wear them, hold them….(there is) comedy, charity, laughter, kids…” Kendrick says.

It is not known if they will be appearing during the live two-hour broadcast, in a pre-recorded comedy sketch, or a short film highlighting poverty around the world and the work the Comic Relief charity does.

Former talk show star Craig Ferguson will host the broadcast and will be joined by stars including Kristen Bell, Julianne Moore, Paul Rudd, and Jack Black.

Other celebrity faces set for the special include Emma Watson, Tracy Morgan, Ludacris, Ellie Kemper, Emma Thompson and Efron’s Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Chloe Grace Moretz.

Helen Mirren was also revealed to be another star guest via the Red Nose Day Twitter account. A picture of the actress wearing the red nose was posted with the caption, “(look) at Dame Helen Mirren rockin’ that (red nose emoji).”

Seth Meyers hosted the inaugural telethon in 2015, and it raised more than $23 million. The 2016 show will be broadcast live on NBC.
